REQUEST FOR QUOTES – PDS AMSPACES SUMMIT CONFERENCE PACKAGE AND RESERVATION – PR15728177

The U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for a hotel to: 

1. Provide a Conference Hall from January 26 – 29, 2026 that will accommodate up to fifty (50) people.
2. The meeting room should have availability of speakers, projector, Screen, flip charts, whiteboard, public address system and wi-fi.
3. The hotel should also be able to provide lodging (rooms) for 30 participants for 5 days (rooms should come with complimentary breakfast).
   Participants will arrive on January 25th and depart on the 30th.
4. There shall be one (1) tea break each day for three days for 38 people and one (1) group lunch for 38 people each day of the summit.
5. Bottled water and soda should also be provided for three days.
